Princeton Seminary offers three dorms and one apartment building for single students. All dorms and apartments have data ports for access to the Seminary’s computer network, access to the Seminary’s cable TV system, and phone jacks for telephone connection.
Alexander Hall has 79 rooms—8 one-room suites and 71 single rooms. The building is co-ed by floor. All rooms are air-conditioned, carpeted, and come furnished with an XL twin bed, desk, chair, chest of drawers, mirror, and a bookcase. Alexander Hall features a lounge with sofas, tables and chairs, a TV, a kitchen, and laundry facilities. The building is equipped with an elevator.
*Brown Hall will be undergoing and extensive renovations, which will begin in May 2019 through August 2020. When Brown Hall re-opens in the fall of 2020, there will be 53 single rooms with private bathrooms, new lounges, and a new front entrance.
Hodge Hall has 27 one-room suites, 3 one-room suites with private bathrooms, and 27 single rooms. A suite room is two
separate rooms with a doorway connecting both rooms. The building is co-ed by floor. All rooms are
air-conditioned, carpeted, and furnished with an XL twin bed, desk,
chair, chest of drawers, nightstand, and a bookcase. There's also a kitchen, laundry
facilities, and a lounge in the building.
The Witherspoon Apartments are located at the Charlotte Rachel Wilson Campus, approximately three miles from the main campus. There are 30 one-bedroom and 10 two-bedroom apartments. All units are air-conditioned. The apartments are unfurnished, but are fully carpeted and have an electric stove, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator. Laundry facilities, a bike room, and a lounge with sofas, tables, chairs, and a TV are located on the first floor. Outdoor parking spaces are provided in the lot adjacent to the building. Electric and telephone services are billed to each tenant, but all other utilities are supplied without charge.
