It's no question that preaching in the present moment requires a deep understanding of trauma alongside proclamation. Rev. Dr. Kimberly Wagner, who serves as Assistant Professor of Preaching, answers to this moment by inviting students to consider preaching in the midst of changing, tumultuous times and preparing them for their future ministry, both from the pulpit and beyond.
As the fall semester comes to a close, we invite you to join us for a conversation with Dr. Wagner about her identity as a preacher and a scholar, her recent book "Fractured Ground", and her hopes for the new hybrid course, "Proclamation and Trauma."
