This week: “Admissions Virtual Open House: Learn More About Field Education at Princeton Seminary"

Field education connects the classroom and the church, integrating academic learning with the practice of ministry. In supervised ministry settings in churches, hospitals, and social service agencies in rural, urban, suburban, and international settings, students practice acts of ministry and reflect on those actions. They test their call, gain self-awareness, develop relationships, and acquire pastoral and leadership skills. The Office of Field Education is committed to providing cross-cultural, diverse, racial-ethnic, and international sites for ministry.”

Join Rev. Catherine Davis, interim director of vocational and field education, and Rev. Jennie Salas, associate director of field education, to learn more about the importance of field education at Princeton Seminary on March 4.
