Housing Assignment Notifications Housing assignments are sent out in mid-July for the coming academic year. Students attending summer language receive their housing assignments in early June. Dorms typically open on the Tuesday prior to the first day of class, and apartments are available beginning the week before Labor Day.

Student Health Insurance All full-time students are required to have health insurance. You are required to buy coverage through the PTS Student Health Benefits Plan, or prove that you have sufficient coverage through a parent, spouse, church or employer.

Smoke-free Housing All dorms and apartments are smoke-free. Smoking is only permitted 25 feet from campus buildings.

Off-campus Housing Each year, both single and married students seek housing options outside of the Seminary. The Princeton area offers a variety of townhouses, condominiums, and apartment complexes. Typically, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units in the area are usually double the cost of those at the Seminary. Area homeowners also offer rooms for rent.
