Furthermore, Dr. Romano served on the leadership team of St. Johns’s Equity and Inclusion Council, along with the Middle State Accreditation Committee, Strategic Planning Task Force, Information Security Governance Council, and Data Governance Team. Dr. Romano was also the Director of Communications and Marketing at Manhattan Neighborhood Network (MNN) where she created the organization’s first marketing department and oversaw the launch of three new channels.

President Walton remarks, “As an experienced digital storyteller and higher education professional, Dr. Romano understands how to champion and amplify the mission and values of Princeton Theological Seminary. This ability to roll up her sleeves with a vast understanding of inclusive excellence greatly impressed the Seminary leadership team.””

On her addition to the Princeton Seminary administration Dr. Romano says, “Princeton Theological Seminary has a rich history and a vital mission that resonates with people around the world, and I am eager to use my skills and expertise to tell its unique story. I am blessed to work with President Walton and his talented team to support a continued tradition of excellence, and to be part of shaping The Seminary’s exciting new chapter.”
