Recording Release and Waiver Agreement

PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO AND AUDIO RECORDING RELEASE AND WAIVER AGREEMENT

By registering for this event, I hereby grant Princeton Theological Seminary (hereinafter, “the Seminary”) all rights to use my likeness and/or voice, and I further grant Princeton Theological Seminary all rights to all sound, still, or moving images that include my likeness and/or voice in any medium, whether now known or hereafter existing, controlled by the Seminary, in perpetuity, and for other use by the Seminary. I agree that all rights to the sound, still, or moving images belong to Princeton Theological Seminary.

I release, on behalf of myself and my legal representatives, heirs, successors, executors and assigns, Princeton Theological Seminary, including its governing board, trustees, directors, officers, employees, and any students, agents or volunteers acting at the Seminary’s direction (collectively referred to as the “Releasees”) from any and all liabilities, claims, or other loss of any kind that I may sustain as a result of the use of my likeness, whether such loss results from the negligence of such released parties or otherwise (except I do not release any claim or liability arising directly from the willful or wanton misconduct of the Releasees named above).

This permission is given notwithstanding any hold I have on file with Princeton Theological Seminary with regard to directory information under the Federal Educational Right to Privacy Act (FERPA hold) and constitutes consent to release such directory information in connection with the filming of this program.
