Do you hear me?
I said, are you listening to me? I’m begging here.
You’re supposed to love me, I think. God is love, right?
I suppose I believe that. I guess I wouldn’t be standing here if I didn’t.
Well, I’ve screwed up. I’ve done wrong by others, and I’ve done wrong by you.
But I think that you want me to keep living for you, and I don’t want to stop trying.
Forgive me God, and fix me.
There’s hope yet, because you have more than enough to redeem me.
So I’ll wait for you. More than watchmen wait for the morning,
I’ll wait for you. More than watchmen wait for the morning.
