Our PTS’ Wellness Life Coach, Julie Collins, will provide guidance and support for students and spouses who want to develop healthier eating habits. Working on goals with a few like-minded peers often makes behavior change easier and more fun.
The group will start in early April and meet for 3-4 sessions depending on how soon it starts. It will not be beneficial to attend just 1-2 sessions). To register for the series, please stop by Scheide Hall. Please email [email protected]
if you have questions. The typical group fee will be charged to your student account ($5/session if you are in the SHBP, and $7/session if you are not.) However, financial aid is available to make this group accessible to everyone. This confidential group will meet in the Chapel basement on Wednesdays or Fridays at a time convenient to as many interested people as possible.
