As you consider your request for transferring programs, we ask that you weigh your decision carefully and seek the advice of your faculty advisor.
If, after that conversation, you feel confident about your request, your next step is to make an appointment to speak with the Registrar.
If your degree transfer request is deemed feasible by the Registrar, you will be permitted to begin the application process at the following site: Degree Transfer Application Once all materials are received by the Admissions Committee, your degree transfer application will be reviewed by the Admissions Committee at a regularly scheduled meeting following the deadlines listed below, and if approved, will become effective the following academic term. (Please note that transfer requests submitted by first year students will not be considered until all first semester grades are recorded.)

Deadline for completing your degree transfer request application:
November 15th for changes in degree status that will be effective for the following spring term.
March 30th for changes in degree status that will be effective for the following fall term.

|Dual – to M.Div. ||Could be up to March 15th of their third year|
|MATS to M.Div ||November 15th of the 3rd MATS semester|
|M.Div or Dual to MATS ||March 15th of the M.Div 2nd semester|
|MACEF to MDiv or Dual ||March 15th of junior year.|
