—Princeton Theological Seminary to host Zydeco and Jambalaya Festival to benefit Hurricane Katrina recovery—
Princeton, NJ, September 13, 2005– The tastes and sounds of Louisiana will come to Princeton Theological Seminary’s campus in Princeton, New Jersey, on Saturday, September 24 from noon to 3:00 p.m. at the Zydeco and Jambalaya Festival. The festival will raise funds for victims of Hurricane Katrina, through the Presbyterian Disaster Assistance program.
Visitors to the festival will be able to sample Louisiana-style faire such as jambalaya, French bread, and sweet tea, and listen to the live music of Mitchell’s Cajun Aces zydeco band. A suggested donation of $5 will be collected at the entrance to the festival. Parking is limited.
