Where: This conference will take place at the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel in the heart of Nashville’s educational and business district. Lodging and meals will also be provided at Loews Vanderbilt Hotel, which holds a four-diamond rating from AAA. See “Lodging and Site Information” for more details.

When: The conference begins at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, January 7 (registration from 9:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m.) and concludes at 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 10.

Fees: The conference fee of $360 includes tuition, materials, coffee breaks, and most meals (Monday dinner; Tuesday breakfast, lunch, and dinner; Wednesday breakfast and lunch; Thursday breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Participants are responsible for dinner on Wednesday during free time.

Lodging: Loews Vanderbilt Hotel is offering a special conference rate of $115 per room, per night, double occupancy. We can assist you in finding a roommate. To receive the discounted rate, hotel reservations must be made before December 13. See “Lodging and Site Information” for further lodging details.

Discount notes: $25 will be deducted from the tuition of those who have completed the Certificate in Youth and Theology Program. $35 per registrant will be deducted from the tuition of participants attending with three or more other registrants from the same church. To receive this discount, three or more registrations must be mailed together and clearly marked “Attending from the same church.” Only one discount per participant.

When: The conference begins at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, April 28 (registration 9:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.), and concludes at 9:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 1.

Fees: The fee of $360 includes tuition, materials, coffee breaks, and some meals (Monday dinner, Tuesday lunch and dinner, Thursday lunch and dinner). Breakfasts and meals during free time on Wednesday are not included in the forum fee. If you are staying at the conference hotel or on campus, breakfast is included in your lodging fees.

Lodging: Limited lodging is available in Erdman Hall at a nightly rate of $65 per person, single occupancy. Hyatt Place Princeton is offering a special conference rate of $125 per room, per night, double occupancy, and a daily shuttle service will be provided.
