Lodging and Site Information

This forum will take place on the campus of Princeton Theological Seminary in in Princeton, New Jersey. Located approximately one hour from New York City and one hour from Philadelphia, the Seminary is adjacent to Princeton University. Classes will meet in Stuart Hall, and worship will be held in Miller Chapel. Princeton Seminary’s dining hall in the Mackay Campus Center serves excellent food with a wide variety of selections for every meal, including at least one vegetarian entrée. Forum dinners will be served banquet-style in the main dining room.

On-Campus Lodging

Limited lodging is available in Erdman Hall at a nightly rate of $65 per person, single occupancy, shared bath, including breakfast. Please note that on-campus housing fills up very quickly and most forum participants will be housed off campus at two conference hotels.

 

Conference Hotels

A special conference rate of $129 per room, per night has been negotiated with Hyatt Place Princeton  and a convenient shuttle service will be provided. Hyatt Place features large rooms that easily accommodate two people, a complimentary breakfast buffet, complimentary wi-fi internet access, a heated indoor pool, and a fitness center.
A special conference rate of $135 per room, per night (single occupancy - $145 double occupancy) has been negotiated with The Hyatt Regency Hotel and a convenient shuttle service will be provided.   The Hyatt Regency features large rooms that easily accommodate two people, ihome stereo with ipod dock, Stay Fit gym, and an indoor heated pool.   Room rates include a daily breakfast buffet and high-speed internet access.

Transportation

Princeton is served by Newark Liberty International Airport in Newark, New Jersey, (a one-hour drive), and there are a variety of venues for inexpensive ground transportation. The Philadelphia International Airport is also approximately a one-hour drive from Princeton, but any realistic ground travel requires a rental car.
