• Get the ball rolling by filling out a publishing request form .

  • If it is a new project, we’ll contact you to set up a concept meeting with you to discuss the purpose, audience, message, design, specs, and budget. If it an update of a past project, a meeting may not be necessary unless you request it.

  • For some projects, we write the copy, and for others, you provide us copy in a Word document if it is a new project, and in a Word document with changes tracked if it is an update of a past project.

  • We’ll edit the copy for grammar and to ensure that it fulfills the Seminary’s style.

  • We’ll design the project and ensure that it fulfills the Seminary’s identity standards.

  • We’ll bid out the job. You approve the bid.

  • You approve the final copy before we send it to the printer.

  • Allow three to four weeks for small projects such as web pages, brochures, and postcards, and six to eight weeks for large projects such as reports and book-length documents.
