Due to Princeton University’s Art and Transit Project construction, we recommend using TigerPaWW, the free bus service, instead of the train to Princeton Junction and vice versa (it is a shorter walk to/from the Seminary). Click here for the TigerPaWW map.

Metered Parking Available on Alexander Street Across from the Princeton Station Commuter Lot Starting September 8

On Monday, September 8, 14-hour meter parking will be available on the west side of Alexander Street near the Princeton Station commuter lot. These metered parking spaces are numbered and utilize the same multispace pay station technology that is being used on the commuter lot. One multispace pay station is located on the west side of Alexander Street, with additional multispace pay stations located next to the temporary train platform and in the commuter lot. You can pay at any multispace pay station.

Parking meters are enforced Monday through Saturday 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. No parking is allowed between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.

Questions and comments about the meter parking should be directed to the Princeton Parking Operations staff at 497.7659 or through this online form.
