Financial Aid-Fellowships
A series of fellowships are available to students in the Doctor of Philosophy program at Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary. Doctoral Fellowships are awarded on the basis of prior academic performance and future academic promise, according to the funds available at the time. Hartmann Fellowships are available to graduates of a Garrett-Evangelical master's degree who enroll in the PhD program in the year immediately subsequent to receiving the degree. This fellowship may be renewed or converted to a Doctoral Fellowship.

The Hispanic/Latino(a) Latin-American Center was established in 1988. This center seeks to bring Hispanic culture and experience into the life of the seminary and provide continuing education to the church. Online Databases provide access to a number of resources on the Latino/a experience and the Latin-American Church, including the Index of Latin American Scholarly Articles, Hispanic American Periodicals Index (HAPI), the Oxford Encyclopedia of Latino and Latinas in the US and the Oxford Encyclopedia of Mesoamerican cultures.
