Dr. Ana Bedard has worked in the non-profit field for over twenty years. She started her training career ten years ago when as a community organizer she designed and delivered training for community leaders in public life skills. For the past five years, Dr. Bedard has worked tirelessly to help non-profit organizations provide professional training to employees within their communities, performing community outreach, training needs analysis and training deployment, as well as overseeing instructional design for new, relevant non-profit training courses.
