The Baltimore-Washington Conference Education Fund will provide loans of $60 per credit hour to applicants who are certified candidates of the Baltimore Conference of the United Methodist Church. The loan is to be repaid through five years of service, with the principal being reduced by 20% for each year.

The Katzberg Education Fund provides interest-free loans to students who are of the Protestant faith and residents of Illinois. Preference will be given to theological students. Applicants must be full-time students who are enrolled in a four-year program and must have a B average. Loan repayment begins after one year and must be completed by the fifth year.

The Foundation aids students primarily through educational loans at no interest. The Foundation does not award scholarships, grants or gifts and does not provide funding to a student through more than one degree. Scholarships from the Blake endowment make possible annual scholarships for United States students to attend the Graduate School of Ecumenical Studies at Bossey, Switzerland. Up to forty scholarships are offered annually by the British Government to the United States citizens for the years of study leading to a degree at a British university. Applicants must be US citizens who have graduated not more than two years before applying and must have a first degree (minimum of three years of study) from a US institution. Applicants must have a GPA of 3.7 after the freshman year. Awards are tenable for twenty-two months, two academic years, with the possibility of renewal for a third year. The award amount of $50,000 over two years covers tuition, residence and related costs. An additional allowance may be available for married recipients.
