ADMINISTRATIVE AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF:

ACADEMIC DATA COORDINATOR: Reporting to the Academic Dean, this position requires experience in higher institution assessment processes, preferably Middle States Accreditation. Proficiency is required in the use of technologies to support outcomes and assessment management, including statistical software and database tools, especially Blackboard; in training and advising faculty in the implementation of these resources; and designing and executing assessment activities to support institutional outcomes and/or strategies. In coordination with the Registrar’s Office, this position is responsible for collecting data for federal and state IPEDS, ATS, and the PCUSA. Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Education or in a related field, with a minimum of four years’ experience in a similar position, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

OFFICE AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT STAFF:

COMPUTER SOFTWARE SPECIALIST, Telecommunications, Network, and Support Services: This position reports to the Director of Telecommunications, Network, and Support Services, and is responsible for developing, implementing, and internally marketing a comprehensive technical support and training program for select software titles such as BibleWorks, Accordance, EndNote, and qualitative and quantitative data analysis software. Qualifications include a minimum of two years' prior work experience developing and/or providing technical training and support, preferably in an academic environment; excellent creative, customer service, oral and written communication skills, including the ability to create clear, accurate reports; as well as the ability to work pleasantly, effectively and cooperatively as a team member.

NETWORK/VOICE SPECIALIST: Full-time position for a Network/Voice Specialist to support and maintain various computer networked systems, including Cisco VoIP phone system, Microsoft-based servers, and user workstations. Tasks include monitoring systems for performance and other faults, installing/upgrading/patching equipment and software, providing second-level technical support to end users and other technical staff, working with vendors in troubleshooting service issues, maintaining system integrity and security, and administering network and server systems. Requires a minimum of 2 years' working experience with Microsoft server systems, including Exchange and SQL2000; one or more certifications in MCSE, CCNP/CCNP, and/or VCP; and experience with telecommunications (PRI, DS3, etc.). EMC SAN and VMWare ESX experience is preferred. Must be well organized, self-motivated, and work well in a team environment.

PROJECT ARCHIVIST, Library: This position will be responsible for arranging and describing the manuscripts and papers of several prominent twentieth-century Protestant religious figures. This is a three-year grant-funded project with possibility for extension. Candidates must be able to lift boxes up to 50 lbs. Qualifications include having a Professional Certification for Certified Archivist, Academy of Certified Archivists, or equivalent experience processing and describing archival collections. A Masters Degree in American History, Library Science, Religious Studies, or equivalent educational background is preferred.

CENTER FOR CHILDREN:

TEACHER AIDE: Full-time position for a Teacher Aide for the Dupree Center for Children which enrolls 40-50 children, ages 3 months to Pre-Kindergarten, full and half days, and is open year round. Must be able to provide a warm, caring, loving environment for children. Requires a minimum of 1 year's prior experience and a CDA Certification or degree. Hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm., equalling a 40-hour work week.
