Theological Books Needed for Seminaries in Madagascar
The Reverend Deborah Brincivalli, an alum of the
Seminary (Class of 1985 M.Div. and 1995 D.Min.), is on a mission to
collect theological books on behalf of the Synod of the Northeast’s
partnership with the Church of Jesus Christ in Madagascar.
Books on theology, Greek, Hebrew, pastoral care, and Christian education,
as well as Bible studies, reference materials, and commentaries, are
needed to help stock the library shelves of the denomination’s four
seminaries. Donations (good condition only!) will be accepted until May 1
of this year. This is a great opportunity to contribute books knowing they
will be put to good use and will be greatly appreciated by future
generations of leaders in Madagascar’s churches. The Church of Jesus
Christ in Madagascar is the result of the unification of three missions:
The London Missionary Society (LMS), The Friends Foreign Mission Association (FFMA), and The Paris Missionary Society (PMS).
Please contact Deborah Brincivalli at 609-386-0513
between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. to arrange pickup of your
books.
