This building contains twenty-eight one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and is located on the Tennent campus, about two blocks from the main campus. All of these fully carpeted units are unfurnished, except for a few that are furnished specifically for international students. Electric and telephone services are billed to each tenant, but all other utilities are provided without charge. Coin-operated laundry facilities and a lounge are located in the basement. Parking spaces are provided adjacent to the building.
