Amy Ehlin is the conference coordinator at the Center of Continuing Education. Her career at Princeton Theological Seminary began in 1993 with ARAMARK Corporation in the Seminary’s dining services. Her hotel/restaurant management degree from Widener University has prepared her for a smooth transition into the customer-focused environment of hospitality and conference planning at the Erdman Conference Center.
