There are many different pressures confronting employers and employees in the workplace: downsizing, understaffing, outsourcing, harassment, and interpersonal confrontations. Unresolved conflicts can sometimes lead to verbal or physical violence. It is important to have tools to be proactive against conflict and to ensure a safe and healthy workplace. This workshop will give social workers and EAP counselors techniques and strategies for helping resolve workplace issues quickly and fairly, before they get out of control.
