From time to time members of the Department of Theology have made radio programs and taken part in broadcasts relevant to their work in the seminary. A selection of these can be accessed by following the links on this page. There are current plans to incorporate audio and video production into certain courses for students, and over time a collection of student productions will be accessible for this page also.
Natural Born Leaders -- a series of four 30 minute radio programs written and presented by Gordon Graham that explore the figures of Abraham, Moses, Jesus and Muhammad. First broadcast by BBC Radio Scotland in 2005
God’s Craftsmen -- a series of four 30 minute radio programs written and presented by Gordon Graham exploring the relationship between artistic genius and religious faith through the lives and works of the architect Christopher Wren, the poet John Donne, the painter Caravaggio and the composer Johann Sebastian Bach. First broadcast by BBC Radio Scotland in 2006.
On This Side of Paradise -- A series of four 30-minute radio documentaries on contemporary religious communities, written and presented by Ellen Charry. First broadcast in 1982. This series won an award from the local radio broadcasters association. Singing a New Song: Progressive Roman Catholics, In the Name of Allah: American Muslims, The Old Rugged Cross: Conservative Evangelical Protestants, Wrestling with God: Radical Young Jews.
All Things Considered Commentary -- A series of three commentaries for National Public Radio, written and presented by Ellen Charry. Middle East Conflict (December 2000), Faith-based Welfare Initiatives (January 2001), Spirituality and Religion (January 2001).
